All areas of family law especially public law for all parties: international child abduction: financial matters including claims by cohabiting partners:residence and contact disputes. 20 years litigation experience mainly court room based. Many cases conducted from first appearance through to appeal. Advices and pleadings drafted when required. Areas of interest: non accidental injury cases in care proceedings; mental health issues as affecting parenting capacity. Having represented several deaf without speech clients this is a group within society whose representation needs a special awareness and I would be very willing to assist such clients.
